Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time

All orders are processed after payment and artwork approval (if applicable).

  • Standard production time: 1–3 business days
  • Large or bulk orders may require additional time
  • Production time does not include shipping time

During peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume, turnaround times may vary.


Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping speed depends on the method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.


Shipping Responsibility

Street Grind Transfers is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers and printed products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customer artwork errors
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Application or pressing mistakes
  • Color variations due to screen differences
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Defective or Incorrect Orders

We will replace or refund orders only if:

  • The product is defective
  • The order was produced incorrectly by our team

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue
  • Include your order number

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.


Heat Press & Application Disclaimer

Proper application is the customer’s responsibility.

Street Grind Transfers is not responsible for transfers damaged due to:

  • Incorrect temperature
  • Incorrect pressure
  • Improper pressing time
  • Garment compatibility issues
  • User error during application

Pressing instructions are provided with orders.
