Street Grind Transfers is committed to providing high-quality DTF transfers and graphic services. Please review our policies carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Policy

All orders must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins. By submitting artwork or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use any logos, images, or designs provided.

We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors submitted by the customer
  • Low-resolution artwork quality
  • Design mistakes approved prior to printing

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.


2. Artwork Requirements

To ensure the best print quality, customers should submit:

  • High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI recommended)
  • Transparent background files for transfers
  • Correct sizing and dimensions

If artwork adjustments are required, additional design fees may apply.


3. Production & Turnaround Time

Standard production time is typically 1–3 business days after artwork approval.
Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or large volume orders.

Shipping time is separate from production time.


4. Shipping Policy

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Street Grind Transfers is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.


5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • The product is defective
  • The order was produced incorrectly by our team

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • User application errors (pressing mistakes)
  • Color variation due to monitor differences
  • Customer artwork issues

6. Heat Press Responsibility

Proper application is the customer’s responsibility. We provide pressing instructions with every order.

Street Grind Transfers is not liable for:

  • Transfers damaged during application
  • Incorrect temperature, pressure, or timing used by the customer
  • Garment compatibility issues

7. Intellectual Property

Customers must own or have permission to use any submitted artwork.
Street Grind Transfers is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property laws.


8. Limitation of Liability

Street Grind Transfers’ liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses resulting from product use.
