Order Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All orders must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins. By submitting artwork or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use any logos, images, or designs provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spelling errors submitted by the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Low-resolution artwork quality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design mistakes approved prior to printing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Artwork Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure the best print quality, customers should submit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI recommended)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparent background files for transfers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct sizing and dimensions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If artwork adjustments are required, additional design fees may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Production &amp; Turnaround Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Standard production time is typically <strong>1\u20133 business days<\/strong> after artwork approval.<br>Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or large volume orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping time is separate from production time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Shipping Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Street Grind Transfers is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carrier delays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Returns &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, <strong>all sales are final<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product is defective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The order was produced incorrectly by our team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Claims must be submitted within <strong>48 hours of delivery<\/strong> with photos showing the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not offer refunds for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User application errors (pressing mistakes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color variation due to monitor differences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer artwork issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Heat Press Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Proper application is the customer\u2019s responsibility. We provide pressing instructions with every order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Street Grind Transfers is not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transfers damaged during application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect temperature, pressure, or timing used by the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garment compatibility issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers must own or have permission to use any submitted artwork.<br>Street Grind Transfers is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
